Description Total Control dual PRI card set provides seamless analog and ISDN remote access through a primary rate interface (PRI) connection. With the Universal Connect feature, the dual PRI card automatically detects analog or ISDN calls and connects them at the highest possible speed. The dual PRI card supports SNMP network management capabilities through 3Com's Total Control SNMP management console. The dual PRI card set plugs into the Total Control multiservice access platform. A Network Interface Card (NIC) and Network Application Card (NAC) are paired for a complete solution. The NIC is plugged into the back of the multiservice access platform for the physical connection to the four wire T1 circuit(s) provided by the telephone company. The NAC is plugged into the front of the platform and can support alarming and diagnostic loopback response and 800 services, respond to caller ID (CID) fast transaction processing, and route calls into Total Control gateway cards. This provides the ability to process either ISDN or analog calls dynamically.
