Description The StarTech PPGA-to-Slot 1 CPU Adapter Card allows Socket-370 type CPUs to be installed in a Slot-1 style Pentium II/III motherboard thus allowing upgrades from an older Pentium II/III CPU to a faster processor without replacing the motherboard. The processor bus frequency can be auto-detected at 66/100/133 MHz in order to provide best compatibility between the CPU and motherboard, or it can be forced to 100 MHz for overclocking. Dual CPU mode allows card to be used in Dual Processor systems.
