IBM 96 Monitors Review

IBM 96

Description
IBM's Professional Series of monitors provide high-performance, feature-rich display solutions for advanced business environments. IBM's monitors are designed for IBM systems, but are also suitable for other compatible computers. All of IBM's monitors feature exceptionally bright, clear images. The P Series even goes a step further, with Sony Trinitron tube technology built into each model. The P96 is a professional-level monitor for corporate users who run high-end graphics, CAD, imaging or business applications that require more workspace, sharper picture and high refresh rates. The 17.9-inch viewable area screen features a Trinitron aperture grill CRT. It's matched with an anti-reflective, anti-static coating to yield high-end crisp, bright contrasted images. Superior anti-reflective screen treatments on all IBM monitors virtually eliminate annoying glare for the user, without sacrificing brightness or color. Dual video inputs allow two systems to easily share a single monitor for multi-application work. The microprocessor-based, multi-language On-Screen Display (OSD) combined with the digital controls gives you full control over: picture position, size, shape, and alignment; brightness and contrast; color tint control; tilt; degauss and you see the immediate effect of user control adjustments. Power management feature cuts energy usage, while prolonging the life of the monitor.
