Description IMC Networks' line of low-cost, IEEE 802.3 (ISO/IEC 8802-3) multiple domain, modular Ethernet hubs can be purchased either unmanaged or with an SNMP Hub Management Module installed. EtherWay hubs provide all the functionality of stackable hubs, with greater flexibility in less space. EtherWay hubs are user-configurable using Hub Modules (HMs) in any combination of 10Base-T twisted pair, 10Base-FL/FOIRL fiber optic and 10Base-2 thin coaxial cabling. Each hub may be split into more than one logical unit (collision domain). SNMP management can be added to EtherWay hubs by simply installing an SNMP Hub Management Module (HMM) with no loss of media slots.
