ComputingREVIEW.com is looking for volunteer moderators to help us enhance the quality and depth of our service. This is your chance to help make ComputingREVIEW.com a better online computer resource and be a leader in a new online computer enthusiast community.
Ideal moderators will have a solid understanding of computers, peripherals, and software, be able to work with web-based tools, and have 5 - 10 hours per week available to monitor and work on the site. If appropriate, moderators can also recommend other candidates to assist in the moderation of each site.
Sections We Need Volunteer Moderators For:
Product Reviews: monitor reviews and help add products
Forums/Discussions: moderate discussion threads
Photo Galleries: moderate photo uploads and posted comments
(This includes closing/deleting inappropriate content posted by other users and reporting offenders to the site manager)
Site Moderator Benefits:
Designation as official ComputingREVIEW.com site moderator with a dedicated e-mail account.
Priority access to designated ComputingREVIEW.com staff member for the resolution of problems/issues.
Official ComputingREVIEW.com logo merchandise and related vendor merchandise.
Premier listing within the forums and reviews.
Override authority on all ComputingREVIEW.com forums and reviews.
Possible press credentials for key events in exchange for event coverage as appropriate.
Key Notes:
Site moderators are not contractors or employees of Consumer Review and must provide their own equipment and internet access.
Press credentials are provided on a case by case basis and travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
Consumer Review e-mail accounts are for official business only and cannot be used for private purposes.

Please send a short proposal and summary of your background to our staff. Include information about your current and past usage of our sites. We will contact you for additional information or phone interviews as appropriate.
