The E1505 provides solid all around performance, multimedia features, good battery... Strength Dual Core CPU, flash card slots, good balance of price, performance and features. Weakness 32bit cpu, high end 3d graphics not available, LCD viewing angles could be better Bottom Line If you need a new laptop, the E1505 is a good choice, but if you're looking to upgrade last year's model, this one offers only minor improvements. Note: In my Book the Dell Inspiron E1505 inspires me.

I think they were tired of hearing me complain about my aging De Strength Fast, great audio and visual. Weakness For me there are none. Bottom Line I love my E1505. I couldn't have asked for anything better to meet my needs. Excellent laptop for the price

It's not perfect, but for the money I paid I couldn't ask more. I'm a senior engineering student who plays a few 3D games, does video edited and encoding,... Strength FAST, price, crisp screen, speakers, quiet, FAST Weakness preloaded software, screen viewing angle, *slight* flex in keyboard... nothing to make me regret purchase Bottom Line It's all about value. While not quite perfect, this laptop is perfectly priced. Performance wise...it's amazing. I would buy again if I needed another. Nice big screen & performs Great, but a little heavy

DVD/CDs play without the laptop being ON Weakness It is on the heavier side, Battery is not stellar. Bottom Line The performance is excellent on benchmark tests, the LCD screen is outstanding. All this performance at Dell's low prices, it just might be your BESTBUY. An excellent notebook for a great price

I have customized many Dells, Sonys, HP's and Toshibas on their sites and tried to come up with the laptop that did everything I wanted it to do for the price I could afford to pay... Strength Price, Order interface, choices in customization. Weakness Dell support can be difficult to deal with Bottom Line This is an excellent laptop for the price. The speed of the Dual core makes multi tasking very easy. Loads of Features for the Price/ Service Could be Better

I purchased the following configuration: 1.66 GHz T2300 Dual Core Processor 1 GB Ram at 667 MHz Dual Channel 15.4" Widescreen LCD... Strength Excellent price for a loaded system, speedy processor, great coupons and specials, upgradeable!!! Weakness Service is Lacking and very poor Communication skills with Service Reps!! Bottom Line You will not find a better system for a lower price. If you are willing to jump through some hoops with tech support, it's OK. Nice build, fast and quiet - a few quirks

Strength Fast Core Duo processor, great sound and nice screen Weakness 8X DVD Burner (sony) may have issues Bottom Line Good laptop for the price. 8X DVD Burner (sony) may have issues. Terrific Power Computer for the price!

When shopping online, you may wish to search the site a bit to see if there are coupons or deals. Also, as the browsers use cookies make sure you delete them as if they know... Strength Powerful, many options, nice sized screen, easy to use keyboard Weakness sometimes too many choices or options! Bottom Line Power computer at a slightly more than entry price. Great value for the bucks. Great Balance of Performance and Value

During normal use you don't notice it, however... Strength Relatively Fast (Comparable to others in price Range), Inexpensive w/Discounts, Nice Screen, Great battery life Weakness Absolutely poor customer Service, Screen has "light Leaks", Poor speaker quality, cheap contstruction Bottom Line If you can get it a very good discount, why not, but build quality is questionable and service non-existant. |
