Summary

I bought and installed the SupraMax 56K PCI PRO modem. Easy install since it uses the Lucent driver in Win XP. The fax software will not install from the defective CD which apparently is missing a needed file. Diamond has not responded to my emails...

Strength

Easy install on WIN XP machine. Modem works ok

Weakness

Defective CD. Can't install fax software. Diamond's support SUX big time.
