I was disappointed when I opened the new box. There I was, staring at a Compaq logo. I HATE Compaq computers. It had been my... Strength Fast and stacked with features for the average user. Weakness Lots of extras, most you don't need. Bottom Line Time has passed and the price on this thing has fallen. If you're faced with a choice between this and a more expensive unit, save the cash and buy this. IT Nightmare!!

It will reject most non-Compaq components. It's also got way too much junk: From games to extra Windows components to server junk... Strength Fast. Reliable. Good Price. Weakness Too much junk. Written By jaydeyez Date Written Dec 21 2004 Summary Our company bought 6 of these machines for our office in June of 2003. All 6 are still running fine and the warranties are good through 2006. All units came pre-installed with WinXP. One of the machines had a bad CD-ROM drive upon initial delivery but... Strength Headphone, microphone, and USB inputs on both front and rear of machine. Weakness Not internally upgradeable.  |
