As we run all Linux systems here I did not want to end up with a Switch that was somehow dependent on... Strength Quality, Reliability, Speed, Auto-Sensing, Easy Install, Supports all OS's Weakness None Bottom Line As a computer professional, this is the most simple Switch I have encountered, and it supports virtually every Operating System. Great little switch
