Price Range $113 - $240 Product Description Designed to connect multiple PCs without running additional wires, the FWG114P ProSafe 802.11g Wireless Firewall with USB Print Server from NETGEAR allows up to 253 users on the LAN including up to 64 on WLAN to share one broadband Internet connection. Built in to this firewall router is a 4-port 10/100 switch, an 802.11g 2.4 GHz 54 Mbps wireless access point and a USB print server port that supports multiple print jobs simultaneously. It also includes a 100 Mbps WAN port for future high-speed broadband services and a RS-232 serial port for either an ISDN or analog modem fail-over backup or dial-up connections. FWG114P ProSafes 40/64 and 128-bit WEP encryption protects the network from wireless eavesdroppers.
Excellent features, but avoid like the plague

Written By jgranto Date Written Mar 24 2005 Summary The Netgear FWG114P is, from what I could find, the most fully featured WAP/router product on the market for personal and SOHO use. Features include wireless 802.11g, 4 port 10/100 switch, 10/100 uplink port (very rare), NAT (really PAT), a basic... Strength 802.11g, VPN, 10/100 uplink port, USB 2.0 print server, firewall, and extensive logging features. Weakness Horrible support, buggy firmware, and possibly faulty/cheap hardware. Bottom Line Do NOT buy due to buggy firmware and abyssmal support. Consider Linksys instead. DIAL-UP INTERNET USERS REJOICE
