First, it came with OS 10.3 (Panther). This is the first time I used this operating system. It practically read my mind when I turned it on and... Strength Stable, blazingly fast, sleek, loaded with fun programs, beautiful screen,so much fun, and wonderful support. Weakness Unresponsive trackpad button and expensive. I found this computer to be well- worth the price. Bottom Line I highly recommend this computer.It is well-built,has excellent support, and will save you lots of headaches. The best laptop I've ever used
