Strength the best screen quality, SD and CF card slot, Windows Mobile 2003 OS Weakness Flip cover is too small and battery life is too short Bottom Line I would recommend this to everyone especially those needing a powerful tool for their business. Strength Integrated WIFI, VGA 5"x3" display, CF/CFII + SD/MMC capabilities. Weakness $$$ expensive! Software was crashing frequently at first. Bottom Line For absolute power and versatility, this device is a winner. Consistently rated higher than comparable devices. The best PDA I ever owned

Then, HP wouldn't honor the warranty as they claimed it had been... Strength Awesome resolution. Bright Screen. Excel/Word. CF/SD card capability. Weakness HP non-support. Flimsy non-standardized charger connection. Bottom Line Beautiful Screen and high speed can't compensate for lousy HP business practices and limited feature set. The Good, Bad and Ugly

Does not appear to contain a back up lithium (or similar) battery to maintain programs and data. I left it at home...
