Strength Great looks, runs well, flys on the 'net. Weakness Standard memory is not enough. Bottom Line This is an excellent computer which handles all modern applications and looks great as well. Since the intended user for the 5th machine left the company right before delivery, I had no choice but to take it as my work... Strength Literally flawless. Wouldn't hesitate to buy more of these. Strength Sleek, stylish, fast, gorgeous. Great apple ease of use. Weakness video card. 256 MB of RAM makes a horrible first impression. Bluetooth not amazing. Bottom Line If you like it get it. Just get more RAM, I mean it. Every iMac released has been great and a highmark of iconic product design. New iMAC GREAT!

I won't go into all the detail already discussed in the previous 2 reviews but I will say that it is worth the extra money to go for a MAC. I love its utter simplicity... Strength Sleek, clean and uncluttered, very fast and friendly Weakness Need a mouse with a scroll wheel. Bottom Line If you are tired of messing around with Windows security flaws then this machine is a must. It does cost a little more but then no Windows headaches. Outstanding... when it isn't down for warranty service.

No virus or spyware/adware problems whatsoever in my 5 months of use. If you experience hardware problems, warranty service is horrible (do not buy online.) iMac G5 perfect for over a year!

In addition I've experienced only a single crash, due to an errant program, and no viruses or other problems. Granted, this is not my first... Strength Reliable, fast, excellent screen and no virus problems! Weakness None for what I purchased the machine for. Bottom Line For a great machine that can handle DV video editing or even light uncompressed editing, not to mention any standard office application, the iMac G5 is a great choice. Finest computer I've ever used!

Screen went crazy 2-20-05 and died. Delivered to repair center on 2-2 and was told it would be repaired (hopefully) in 3-5 days. On... Strength Easy to use, great for making DVDs from home movies.
