I had settled on just using my HP photosmart's built in reader but when I got a new 10MP digital camera last Christmas the pictures would take FOREVER to download! I bought this on a whim out of frustration... Strength Ease of use, Flexibility, Size, Speed, Portability, Compatibility, 15 types of memory! Weakness All 4 drives always show up in my computer, but its fine. Bottom Line Totally worth it, especially if you use it with travel. Better then everything else I have tried
