You can just buy a cheap surge protector for that Desktop or Workstation - NOT! Surge protectors are just that, and they don't always reliably stop surges and other problems that damage... Strength 450 watts of power, self diagnostics, user replaceable battery, five surge/battery outlets, five surge only Weakness Heavy at 19.1 lbs. Bottom Line APC is a brand name you rely on, and their battery Backups UPS is a model priced right for home users. The EL 750 provides a more business-like performance level.  |
