Once you get a person, they transfer you to a recording telling you how to reset your phone. Still didn't resolve issues. Had to call back and wait just as long again. Left multiple messages for a Supervisor and still did not get assistance. Don't buy from them very bad in returning items.Strength you can use the phone just as long ast your on the #1 phone an sit right next too the base. Second set upstairs an can't move an inch away with out static. Don't buy save your money.Weakness Static on second set not as much static on #1 phone
