Summary

If someone is planning to buy this handset, I would like to caution you as this is totally hopeless set. I bought one some 9 months back and within a month of purchase it satrted giving me problems. Thereafter 6 months it totally stopped working. When I gave it for repair, the guys told me it has water seepage. Actually it never had water contact, the guy says it is possible that I used the set in foggy wheather. If this handset in not fit to use in foggy whethere then waht is the use of such handset. The phone is lying with them and I refused to pay for its reapirs which is malf the cost of this handset.

Summary

I am a Cingular customer care representative. & If you are thinking of getting a razor or any product by Motorola. I highly recommended you take a second look. We at Cingular trouble shoot the ph every day, usually after 3 - 6 month after it is purchased. If you are the lucky one that not having a problem yet, just wait. |Usually the issue is dropped calls or poor signal and then some and Cingular will not insure these phones. Give you a hint, if it is not insurable then don’t bother buying it. Head up get insurance even you think you don’t need it is worth it.
