Strength Simple to understand Weakness AppleCare can't fix, No 24/7 tech support, many compatibility quirks Bottom Line No viruses, but compatibility issues make it more trouble than it is worth. I have NEVER LOVED a Computer this much!!!

I compared the features of each notebook and I decieded to go with the iBook because it had everything that I needed... Strength light,fast,design,desktop and everything else Weakness aim quits, itunes (but that is probably my fault) Bottom Line I love my MAC and I will continue to buy MACs forever!! Plus, I never thought I'd want to learn to use a new OS. Things changed when my university's computer store started offering iBooks and PowerBooks... Strength Beautiful design, iLife, no blue screens of death, easy to setup and maintain Weakness Not for gamers, more HDD space needed, software incompatibilities Bottom Line Highly recommended for those who need simple and fuss-free computing on-the-go, e.g. students. The programs are wonderful (except I did have to buy the Mac version of MS Office, so I could have MS Word - still, small price to pay). This is better than any Windows... Strength speed, portability, style, ease of use Weakness Doesn't come with MS Office - you have to buy that. What (s)he said

I bought this machine for my Psychology Major son. He's no geek, in fact I bought this rather than a PC to keep me out of the long distance tech support...
