Written By Michael StephensDate Created 02/26/2008Summary If you need up to date maps the Nuvi may not be your best buy.Strength The nuvi 350 is very easy to use for those who are not high tech oriented.The Programing screens are easy to read from a dash board distance and are logical and orderly. The resonce at thier tech assisatnce tel. number was immediate and a real person. I also like the portability of the unit. The verbal instructions are very good such as the next turn to make. Weakness The greatest weakness of the Nuvi 350 was that the Maps are not updated regularly. In the Northern Virginia area of Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties some of the streets and address that are 4 years old are not on the unit. When I called and complained, I was told that Magellan and Garmin use diferent maping companies and my next update will be some time between July 2008 and October 2008. This is not usefull to my business.
