Written By F4rwordDate Created 11/06/2007Summary Feedback: purchased this machine at Costco about a year ago. After six months it began dual printing anything that had color in it. For example, it would print the word "dog" like this "ddoogg". I called tech support twice and both times they were unable to help and attributed the problem to a "hardware issue."It was clear to me the technicians were merely an offshore telephone outfit following a script. In the end they recommended I upgrade to a new machine or bring the machine in for servicing. I cannot recommend this product. Strength Priting of black and white text is good.Weakness Early hardwre failure and difficult to resolve issue via technical support or custoemr service.
