Price Range $359 - $400 Product Description The Companion 5 Multimedia Speaker System from Bose is a 2.1 channel speaker system with a powerful 5.25" Acoustimass subwoofer that connects to and is driven by your computer via USB 2.0. The satellite speakers come preassembled on their stands and are powered by 2" drivers to give your music and gaming a rich sound. A wired control pod is included to let you control the volume for your computer. These features make the speakers an excellent choice to handle audio output for your computer.

I can't believe what Best Buy sacrificed so much to be able to sell Bose computer... Strength nothing, except that it looked great Weakness TERRIBLE sound quality, weak,boomy,muffled bass, tinny highs, inaccurate midrange, excessively overpriced Bottom Line Don't buy it,it's a terrible buy. Terrible bang for the buck ratio. Absolutely actrocious performance. If you can still return it, return it. Avoid Bose at ALL cost!! Overall.... Great speakers but pricy..

Infact a HiFi buff heard them, skeptically, and he was impressed. I needed a system that will offer good sound in a... Strength Small speakers, big sound. Great clarity. Loud. Simple connectivity. Convincing Virual 5.1! Weakness Expensive, very expensive... _ few niggles. Bottom Line Excellent speakers for the customer who needs a set of 2.1 speakers that will look good, and have minimal footprint but offer a close to 5.1 sound. Sounds great, occasional issues. Should be more magical for the money.

They're great for movies but I don't watch movies on my computer much. Music sounds pretty good too, though vocals on a CD my band made sound washed out where... Strength Sounds pretty awesome, the volume/power controller is pretty cool, stylin Weakness A bit pricey for computer speakers, technical problems having sound not play I am impressed

It took a week and a weekend, renting movies, going through the iTunes library, etc to see if the C5 would impress me. I have to say that I am happy. It is a little pricy although I opted for the monthly... Strength Great sound, Good looking, easy connectivity, small and easy to hide the accoustimas. Weakness If I had to try and find one it would be the cord length. WOW!

Just connect like a ipod or zune to it and wah la dj time but with all the songs you like! Bottom line great buy but... Strength Control Dock is sick and bass and treble balance well together Weakness Expensive but by them if you have nothing else to do with your money:P |
