When our clients (nonprofit agencies) want a firewall or a VPN, I'm the one who sets it up. Nonprofit agencies have little budget, as one might expect... Strength small, powerful, LOTS OF PORTS, Cisco quality, ASDM better than it's credited for Weakness No Anti-X, expensive, requires expertise Bottom Line While it lacks Anti-X and isn't for the newbies, the ASA 5505 is a solid, dependable unit that you won't go wrong with.  |
