Typical of many a Machead I had my dual processor, three SCSI hard drive Power Mac and my iBook and that was all I needed. And yes, I had a PCs so I... Strength The small footprint of this machine is amazing. Weakness None, except maybe your dog can make off with it. Bottom Line What was once considered a consumer machine, today's Mini can be a pro machine on many levels. Powerful machine in a small package

The newer Minis come with Intel processors as opposed to the original... Strength Did I say "small?" This is downright puny, but still powerful! Weakness Only one Firewire port; all ports on back; user upgrading RAM requires patience and tools Bottom Line Consider a Mac Mini if space is at a premium; this machine is just as capable as most other new Macs and PCs for the most popular programs. I received a Mac mini for Christmas of last year, 2006. There is not a day gone by that I am not grateful for this computer... Strength Small, quiet, relatively fast, solidly formed, and simple. Weakness Sometimes sluggish, difficult to replace/repair internal components Bottom Line A smart option for students, families, and enthusiasts. Combines the best of functionality and simplicity in one small machine. Not Worth It!!! Shame on you Apple

The performance is very choppy and it does not seem to be what I would call a genuine Apple product. You get less than what you paid for when you buy this, $799 is a little steep. There's not much at all on this Mac, which is why it's OK to put on your desktop. Heck, it's only 6 inches by 6 inches by 2...
