Written By JohnDate Created 08/03/2007Summary I ordered an adapoter from Toshiba. It was a realy bad experience, I seletcted 2-day air delivery. But I have to wait over a week to get my stuff! I called customer service, the lady explained a lot saying not their responsibility, and then hunged up! I called back to their supervisor, he doesn't pick up phone instead put me through his voice mail.This company doing busness like what? Sucks! Strength Weakness Very bad experience! Never order things from Toshiba again!!!!!!!!!
