Summary

Having purchased a new IMac in Oct 2007 we began experiencing problems only two weeks after. After Apple informed us they would not replace the computer, we reluctantly took the computer in to an authorised supplier who informed us the repair would take no longer than three days. 14 days later and we were yet to hear anything. The service centre were not returning any calls and when they finally did we were informed that the repair would take another three days as the part they received was faulty. After finally getting the computer back, we turned it on not only to find the problem still existed but the computer was completely unfunctionally. After numerous complaints Apple finally agreed to replace the computer with a brand new one. Instead what we got was a refurbished unit which was scratched and had blown pixels on the screen. Apples response - Bad Luck. They consider this acceptable.
I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Apple have my money and they do not care. I have a computer that does not work
